Shadow is the Benjamin Moore color of the year for 2017.  ( see picture )  This alone is a telling tale about changes in interior design since last years' color was Simple White.

Deep, rich, luscious colors are replacing "vanilla" walls.  It's a big commitment; choosing a specific color instead of playing it safe.

With this said - think about how long you will be in your space.  Re-sale traditionally begs the "beige storm" in color choice.  But, in my opinion, if the colors make a statement that is balanced, cohesive, and collected - it works.

Bring warmth, richness, and your personal statement to your walls.  Me - I am thinking "Squirrel's Tail" for my bedroom.  It's a deep, gray/green and with trim in a warm white I think the walls will evoke a richness that compliments the bedding and tufted reading chair that inhabit my room.

Let's take a leap of faith and go for it.  Call me and I will guide you and bring personality to your spaces that speak to you.
